There is no Queen of England..

There has not been a Queen or King of England for over 300 years.

England is a part of, but not the same as, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

The Queen of the United Kingdom is Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and nobody knows for sure how much money she is worth. See the related question links below.

It is probable that nobody knows for sure how much J K Rowling is worth either. The Queen is far far richer if you consider what she, as head of state, owns - several palaces, the crown jewels and so on, running ino billions and billions of pounds. However, this is not her personal wealth (as it would be if J K Rowling owned the same as the Queen), but wealth that belongs to the state. In fact, the queen's personal allowance is very modest, and in just considering personal wealth J K Rowling is probably more affluent - as she can spend her fortune as she wishes, but the Queen's wealth is tied up with the wealth of the state, and is therefore not at liberty to spend it as she wishes - and it has to be passed on through the royal family when she dies
