Ive read that its about 2 grams, I havent tried that much yet but I heard it wouldnt work so I tried it and after only 4 good hits I was honestly hearing stuff. 2 more and I saw some freaky stuff. It all depends on how much myristicin is in the stuff you use. Goodluck to ya buddy!

∙ 11y agoDon't smoke it. Eat it. Buy the whole nutmegs from some grocery store and eat 3-5. It kicks in 5 hours later but lasts a long time and you will most likely still look high (or recently sober) for a max of 2 days after.
