yes it is.. you have too eat alot in morning.. but you can only have a 1500 calories per day. ry to search about it.. You need to eat every breakfast meal,and you just need to meet the energy of the whole morning.About one cup of milk and two pieces of bread or two steamed stuffed buns or a piece of pastry.That's enough.

The DRV for protein is 50 g(based on 2000 kcal diet) there is no guideline specific for each meal. Breakfast however should be one of your main meals of the day therefore theoretically at least one 3rd of the total protein should be consumed. Protein rich foods also help lowering GI to the meal which will help you ensure that the energy is released gradually.

This has worked great for me: Two day a week, I would eat fruit for breakfast. An apple and a pear, two plums and an apple, and so on. This will give you about 150 calories for breakfast on those two days. Other days in the week I Will eat something with only one slice of bread; like bread and jam or cream cheese, or eggs, etc. This is about also 150 calories, but a different type which contains more carbs with the bread and more protein with the eggs or the cream cheese. The key is to eat a healthy low cal. breakfast but snack between lunch. I will eat a 100 gram small yogurt as a snack and if I need more before lunch, I'll eat some cucumbers or carrots. Remember to keep hydrating with water or unsweetened non-Carbonated Beverages. I lost 30lbs in 4 months and keeping my weight this way. Good luck!

an average person should eat 350-500 calories for breakfast. i usually have about 200 calories but that's because im not usually hungry in the mornings.
