It really doesn't rain that much. It's just cloudy. And even if it does rain it just sprinkles, it does NOT down pour. No one really carries an umbrella because it only sprinkles, if anything, and a few drops of rain never hurt anybody.

I personally as a resident of Seattle all my life say that, that is a myth. It does rain sometimes and it is cold in the winter, but as i have traveled the country in my few years i have been alive (13) I have found that Seattle rains less than many other cities in this country.(America)
