Well my daughter is 12 years of age, and she is also 4'6" , but she has a high matabolism.
Since they are the same size, and my daughter is a bit under weight of her high matabolism, she now weigh's about 75 pounds. I really don't think there is a certain weight, you just have to be on task with eating, if she is over weight and if she is under weight, she should eat more foods with calories in it, i am trying it with my daughter, eating more calaries so she looks healthy.

You're very young to be worrying about your weight, sweetheart. If you're concerned, please talk to your parents or your GP. If you are medically overweight then your doctor can give you a meal plan to help you lose weight safely. At 10 years old your body still has lots of growing and changing to do. I know it's a scary time for your body, but you have to keep nourishing your body through puberty or else you will really damage your bones and organs which are still growing.
Please talk to your parents, a teacher, a school nurse or a doctor if you are concerned about your weight. They will be able to give you much better advice than anyone on here.

I'm 11 and weigh 72 pound's and is 4'9. I think it depend's on muscle build. Average is 85 pound's though for a 4'8 girl.
