I am about your height and I'm 13. I'm 43 kg (just under seven stone). And I'm a girl of course :) Nowadays this is considered underweight but years ago this was more average (my mum was as thin as me when she was my age, as were most of her classmates) so that means the average is going up because people are doing less excercise and not eating as healthily. There isn't really an exact average. It depends on what percentage of your body is fat and muscle. If you want to lose weight, cut down on sugary and fatty foods, have 3 full meals a day (to stop snacking as much), eat fruit and veggies. Also try excercise - only a little to start with, like walking every day. Then you could find a sports team or do running. Remember that if you do weight training, you might put weight on because of the muscle you are building! Hope I helped.
Well according to my calculations , in the lab i have found out that it would be ranging from 14-15 stone but if you are a skinny buggar you need to eat more. Or if you do eat lots and arent this you should contact the nearest doctor. i hope my advice has saved lives !

it really depends on the amount of physical activity you do.
if you exercise ALOT and have a lot of muscle, you will probably weigh about 115llbs
otherwise, i would think a healthy weight would be about 110lbs/50kg
but that's just me

my friends are about 5'1" - 5'2" and weigh around 100-105lbs
For a quick answer you may want to check out your BMI. Not that this method is not a completely reliable answer; I'm 5'4", 130lb., and it tells me I'm at risk of being overweight. However, I'm an athlete and my body fat percentage is quite low. Still, for a rough estimate your BMI would be your best bet.
