A simple, but effective measure to see what is a good weight according to height is" 100 lbs for 5 ft, then add five pounds for every inch so at 5'6" 130 is an ideal weight, plus or minus about five pounds depending on body frame
That would depend on your body type and gender, but assuming you are female and of an average body type you should weigh in at 120-130. The new weight tables put these figures somewhat higher, but being a 5'5" female of average body type, this is the weight range I've been most comfortable with.
The answer depends on several factors.
Are you male or female?
Body build, small, medium or large framed?
AGe- Adult (>24 years old)? or teen? or child?
In general, for a person who is 5'2", the range for adult women is 108 lbs to 144lbs. For Adult men 125 lbs to 148 lbs. If you are small framed, choose the smallest weight, if large framed, the largest weight.
a person your height should be 115 to 137 pounds to be at a healthy weight.
