This is known as the Internet Size Paradox. However, with every computer consuming Internet (to varying degrees), it is predicted that the Internet runs out by 2022 unless severe preservation measures are taken. To that end, governments around the world have agreed to severely ration the Internet in the near future, but detailed plans are not published yet.
