Actually, on Saturn, there is no rain. Although there isan extremely small amount of water, that water is in the form of ice particles, and would never physically join and melt in order to form rain.
Saturn is made up of mostly Helium and Hydrogen, but it also has water on it yes. As you'll find at this website - http://www.space.com/12432-saturn-water-rain-enceladus-moon.html - scientist where baffled for years, because there was no source of water, yet there was water. They later learned that Saturn's sixth largest moon , Enceladus ''Rains'' on Saturn.

Saturn has a couple of types of precipitation that rains down on the planet. Ice cold rain falls to the surface from the moon. Saturn also has a diamond rain which is large chunks of diamonds that fall from the sky.
