Oddly not too much (at first anyway). Your body goes into starvation mode and conserves energy anyway that it can. When you do eat again, the body will pack most of that away as fat because it doesn't know when it will get food again.

You are much better off eating regular, high-quality (lean, low sugar, low fat) meals.

Going without food at all (fasting) is a bad way to lose weight because it triggers the famine response. When the body does not receive regular food it assumes there is a famine and so to help it survive, the body's metabolism slows down to a minimum burning as few calories as possible.

The best way to lose weight is gradually by reducing food intake and increasing exercise. Moderation in both cases is wisest.

if you don't eat you'll lose some weight like 10 pounds in a week but you'll get it doubled but you can lose weight by changing your lifestyle like i did i lost 15 pounds in 1 month so it's better to change your lifestyle

In the beginning all you do is gain weight, then you start to drop weight and eventually you can almost see through you. However there are much better ways to lose weight which are healthier and more efficient. I should also mention that when you start to eat again you will gain it back fast. Finally you will not be only losing weight you will be putting yourself in a serious health risk by lowering your body's natural defenses.

Under-eating is not an effective way to lose weight as your body will simply have no energy which will make you less likely to engage in physical activity; and without excersice you will simply gain fat.

A healthy diet and excersice is the only effective way to lose weight.
