Instead, proper dieting and exercise is always the best way to lose weight and to keep the weight off.
Starvation is not the answer! The less you eat (not healthy) the more weight you will end up putting on. Your body will start literally feeding off itself. If you are serious about losing weight then be honest and smart with yourself and realize there are no "quick fixes" when it comes to losing weight. Weight Watchers is an excellent program for losing weight and I've lost 40+ lbs. on it myself. I don't like the word "diet" when it comes to Weight Watchers because all it is, is correct eating habits. The heavier you are the quicker your weight comes off at the beginning, but you will reach a plateau and that's when you have to dig in your heels and persevere. This too shall pass and you will lose all the weight you need too. Drinking 8 glasses a water a day will also help flush out toxins and fats in the body. Exercise is a must and if you aren't into exercise then force yourself to go for long brisk walks with a friend. Just move!
