Unles it is very expensive car, such as a Range Rover, or a Bentley, the shipping and the IMPORT TAXES to get it into the USA will be more than the car is worth. Also the car has to be able to PASS the USA's emmissions tests, and many UK cars don't pass the US Government required smog tests.
