look up a guide on google and it should tell you what knobs to turn and how many times. That will turn off the water. don't worry if you don't make it the first few times. it took my friend and me about 10 tries to beat the game!
As far as I'm aware, after playing the game two or three times, the Easter Eggs don't do anything special. They do things in other games, but sorry to say, not this one.
