Nuclear power is very complex. To put it as simple as I can, it takes a radioactive chemical and places it in water. The water becomes super heated and evaporates. The evaporation is then collected (as it has lots of energy) and the result is the turning of a turbine and the production of energy in the form of nuclear power.
