The 2004 and later Prius models do not have a timing belt, so the answer for them is "never". They use a chain, which should only be replaced when major engine work is done or if it breaks, which could be 150K miles or more. I'm not sure if the pre-2004 model has a belt or not, but if they do the change interval will be in your owner's manual.
