They are very cute, friendly, and fashionable! they need to get groomed every MONTH. you should brush his/her hair everyday from not getting it tangled, mesy and disordered. you have to give it a shampoo, and a teethclean every week. you should buy it a comb for brushing it, and canine teeth cleaning toothpaste for cleaning its teeth.

It is very uncommon for a shihtzu to have blue eyes, but it happens. Another shihtzu realated to your puppy must of have blue eyes, not nesasarly the parents. It could be from an aunt, uncle or a grandparent. So I think it probably okay.
