This depends on temperature, wind and soil type. Sandy soil will dry out faster than clay soils, and windy warm days will mean they need watering more frequently. Mulch will reduce the amount of water evaporating from the soil too. Since radishes are quite shallow rooted, feel the soil just under the surface to determine if they need to be watered again.

This depends on the weather. When it is hot they will need more than usual, and if it rains they wont need any. So song as the soil is moist they will be fine.
