Answer
Your post particularily interests me.
First some general info: Throttle plate cleaning and air induction service seems to be needed about every 18,000 miles is my experience.
You can check your power steering fluid yourself and decide. Pull the dipstick out and wipe it on somthing white, If it is clear your okay, if it is discolored (brownish usually but translucent) then get it flushed.
If your tires are wearing evenly and are being rotated every 5-8000 miles then your fine. You can checkn the tires visually, looking at the wear bars and the depth of tread left in the tires, as you can also run your hand around the tread of the tires to feel how they are wearing. It should be smooth. As far as the steering wheel being off center, you can go down a flat road, in the center (while no cars are around), and take your hands off the wheel. does it go straight? If it goes straight your fine. If the steering wheel is off, does it bother you? I purposly set my steering wheel off center because it is more comfortable to drive.
I am really curious to know about the EVAP Flush. I have never heard of it. Maybe there is somthing new that I'm not familiar with, but would be surprized as we are usually close to the cutting edge. Plese get more info about this, as I am at a loss.
As far as the blades go,(or any other part for that matter), expect to pay twice as much as you buy it on your own for. A difficult pill to swallow maybe, but think of it this way: If you go to a restaurant and buy a whatever, is it the same price you can buy it for at a grocery mart?
I strongly reccommend dumping the dealer and find a stable independent auto repair shop. I think the dealer licks their chops when they see you.
