No; If you paint it well the first time you should only have to paint it every 10 years According to me, it's not necessary to paint the House every year. There are many types of good quality paint which should last atleast for a minimum of 5 years or so. In case of dampening and flaking due to bad weather conditions, painting every year may be essential. kuttappa@airtelmail.in
The simple answer is: When they need it. Todays interior paints don't really fail, they do however get dirty, dinged up and worn away on areas of high use. How often this occurs will depend on the people living there. In other words, the walls in my sister's house who is single and has no kids or pets are in a lot better condition than the walls in my sister's house who has 5 kids or the sister's house who has pets. If you are gentle on your walls you will probably want to repaint because you want to change the color before the room really needs painting.

Depends on your preference, the time you last painted it, and how much the room is in use. If the room is untouched, there is no use in painting it over. If the room has lots of scratch marks and chipping paint, repaint it. It depends on when you would like to repaint it, based on your preferences.

There is such a thing as paint that is safe to burn, but you should never assume a given paint is safe. In particular, you should avoid burning wood with lead based paint on it, and much of the old paint was lead based.
They don't occasionally use 'paint' to paint a building. Sometimes they use something called 'NDF Wallpaper' But if they do use paint they'd probably use about 2500-3000 Litres of paint. It really depends on how big or small the building is. I hoped this helped you with anything at all.
