18. If a the guardian has been appointed by the court, the age of emancipation may be different. The guardianship order should contain the information needed to assess the status of this issue. If not the parties involved should contact the clerk of the court where the guardianship was mandated for proper procedures.

Can a 25 year old move out of a group home if her parents are her guardians?

Technically, you don't have a "guardian" after age 18, so at 25, one can move out. You are your own adult. This would depend on why you live in a group home at 25. There are many medical and mental conditions where the guardians get a court order to prolong their guardianship. If that is what your parents have they decide if you are allowed to move or not.
