How old do you have to be to get married in New Jersey?

18 without consent. In most states it is 16 with parent's consent, but in Arizona and New Jersey you can get married at 15 with parental consent.

In New Jersey you need to be 16 WITH parental consent. 18 without. I used to live there and I tried. And donnie your wrong In Arizona you have to be 18 not 15 I live here now. The only exception is if you have a court order for emancipation, however even that is difficult to recieve in AZ.
