Seriously. I lived there for 6 years. I tried it. sadly, i was too young. Im 16. You have to be 18 years old to get married in Peru. That's the legal age to do everything. Drink, Drive get married, move out, etc.If you are still considered a minor as you would be over here in the United States, I'm not certain but if your parent or guardians authorize it you should not have a problem. If you can wait until you turn 17 or 18 you two will almost certainly have no problems. I don't know how their judicial system is exactly set up but I immagine it is more liberal than the United States. Good Luck!
