I think that your current guardian and the one that you want would have to work it out by personal agreement or in court. They are the ones who make the decisions until you reach the age of consent--which is 18.
I would be very careful on this issue as you can be charged with statutory rape and spend some serious time in jail. The guardians could take you to court for child support but there is nothing you can rreally do about it. The court can't impose on them to let her marry you. Good Luck! Wait until you are 18 or get emancipated.

Is the child physically resisting, with violence, the parent's efforts to bring him/her to court? Have the parents filed a "jauvenile out of control" petition with the court?
