Children that can speak for themselves have a lot of say in the courts as to where they want to live. It's best to sit down with both your parents and express your feelings and tell them why you want to either live with your father or your mother. Don't forget ... they are your parents, so you are going to hurt one of them by doing so, but it's important you live with who you feel the most comfortable with. Also, if you don't want to live with either parent you don't have to live with either one of them if it goes to court and if your grandparents were willing to look after you that can be taken into consideration in the courts. I Don't Want to Live Without You was created in 1988-03.
yes you can live with your dad with out your moms permission as long as your 14 year old and over even though she has child custody.
I think punk is a lifestyle choice that knows no age. Some may disagree, but if you live the lifestyle and know deep down that you are punk, then yes, you can be whatever you want. of course. be what you want to be man.
You have to be 18.
I believe after the age of twelve, you can say no to where you live if you have a choice between homes
yeah
Yes they do,
You can't actually choose until you are old enough to live alone. You can usually tell the court which parent you want to live with, and if the court agrees they can direct a change.

Is that between a child's parents? if so it is ultimately up to the parents. But, most parents will let the child decide who they want to live with.
They can decide, but it's not going to be left to them to have the final say in it.
they can say it at any time. jeez, they can say it when they're 2! but to let them move there... that's the parents decision. both of theirs, actually.

At 18 you can choose where to live.
The relative has to take custody, you can't say that you want to live with them.
