Yes. You can set it up with the airlines. they will allow you to bring your child to the gate and stay until she gets on the plane. You can also have someone at the destination doing the same. The flight attendants will watch over them on the plane.

I don't think you can, however my friend is flying with Heathrow next week and she is only 13 like me. I think if someone meets you there then it should be ok. Although, i would recommend, at 14 that you take all necessary safety requirements. My friend is being very careful. She is already very mature and sensible, and her mother has no problems with her flying because her grandfather is going to meet her there. She is in perfect health so i think she will be ok.
