15? My goodness. I have a 15 year old, and all I say is that yours must be much more mature than mine, because I wouldn't even consider giving consent for a marriage.

In PA, if 17/16 a person can get married with parental consent. If under 16, they also need the approval of a Judge of the Orphans Court.

If a 16 year old and a 22 year old are in a sexual relationship that both consent to, then the law (in most cases) will overlook the case, because the two consent to it, and the sixteen year old is almost old enough anyway, they have better things to do.
