How old does a oscar have to be to spawn?

In: Pets
11 Oscars should begin to spawn at between 12-15 months and around 8-10 inches.Bear in mind that at a size of 2-3 inches your Oscar will already be 3-4 months old. In my experience Oscars are notoriously difficult to breed but once they have spawned its difficult to stop them. Check out my website @ www.oscarfish.co.uk for lots of info on Oscars it is the only site in the world where you can by an Oscar information dvd.
