The 137 is part of the 130 series of pistols made between 1946 to 1985. The 130 was a BB gun, the 132 was a .22 caliber and 137 was a .177 caliber pellet pistol.

∙ 15y agoWell you are wrong...........There is a Benjamin Franklin .22........marked right on the barrel "Benjamin Franklin"......I also have the original box and pellets and sales slip and booklet that came with the weapon dated 1952.......... Well then I stand corrected. I would like to see a photo of this Air gun. It is not one I have ever come across in any of my catalogues or travels. I have been collecting for several years and have not seen one. If you can send me a message on my message board and I will respond. Rodd Luna

∙ 13y agoI've referenced several books and catalogues to find a Benjamin model 320 without any luck. I can find NO reference anywhere, but I did find a pistol model 1320 made by Benjamin ( Benjamin Franklin is just a marketing name. Walter Benjamin made the Benjamin line of Airguns in 1899) The model 1320 pistol was made between 1959 - 1964.
Today Crosman airguns owns both Benjamin and Sheridan airguns and a search of their information also does not reflect anything about a model 320. If there is one, hopefully someone else may know more about it.

∙ 14y agoBenjamin is now owned by Crosman air gun company. The model 130 is part of the line of 130 series pistols, they included models 130, 132, and 137. They were made from 1946 to 1985. My guess the 130 is an early version of the line.

All these models were first introduced in 1935 and ran until 1941. these were the first production air guns by Benjamin. The name Franklin was added as a marketing gimmick and had nothing to do with Ben Franklin. today Crosman owns both the Benjamin and Sheridan line of airguns. If you want a estimate of value then give it a rating like Poor, Fair, Good, Very-Good or Excellent and I will try to give you an answer.

The Model 122 is a .22 caliber pellet pistol, not a BB or .177 caliber pistol. Pump up the pistol, Not more than 10 pumps. Open the breech by turning the knob at the rear. Pull it all the way back. Load the .22 pellet in the breech. The skirt faces the rear. Close the breech. Rotate the knob to lock it in place. Aim, release the safety and fire.
