it was made in England
A Cable-Nelson piano with serial number 215022 would have been produced sometime between 1947 and 1950. At this time, Cable-Nelson pianos were actually produced by the Everett Piano Company, who was later acquired by Yamaha.
If it's a Chicago Kingsbury (check the plate or the case for a company or manufacturing location), it would have been built by the Cable Company of Chicago. If that's the case, the 5-digit serial indicates this is a pre-1909 unit. The Blue Book of Pianos notes the company started producing #65000 in 1905 and was at #140000 by 1910. With that in mind, yours would most likely be have been built some time in 1907-08.
There are several places one can purchase a serial cable for an old Panasonic tv. Online retailers include Amazon and eBay. The best option is to contact the Panasonic company.
RCN is the only cable company available in the Chicago area. They are rather expensive with plans starting at about $60 a month.
how old is my cable piano serial #357773
This could depend on where you live and who your local cable company is. In the Chicago area, Comcast provides excellent service and has several packages and bundles to choose from.
I saw one with the serial number in the 360 thousands that sold for over $25,000.00 USD in 2004. If it is in good working order and looks good, you have an excellent item to buy or sell. Good luck.
The highest rated cable is the Dynex 16" USB PDA/Serial Adapter Cable
Your cable company is Time Warner Cable
You will need to have the internet thru your cable company but not cable tv service.
