There is no set fine or universal answer to your question. Other consequences are possible such as criminal charges.

no specific age, but if your planning on leaving your child in a car, your an awful parent
You could potentially do so. How likely it is varies depending on other factors.
After leaving his child in a car, alone, and they police having to find him, Julian feels so much guilt he goes to a bar and provokes a fight with a stranger.
Death.
If the child is a minor (under the age of 18) or the mother has co-signed for the car then yes, she can take back the car. A child who is irresponsible should not be driving.
Its not the fine that you should worry about but the welfare of the child.

You can be charged with CHILD NEGLECT.
You can kill the child that way. On many occasions the child has entered the car, could not open the door and got killed, specially in developing countries.
Call the police.
Am not really sure, but if you happen to see a child in a car unattended call the policeimmediately in cases such as that Child Protective Services will get involved, and authorities will file charges under "Willful harm to a child" MORE Yes, in CA we do have laws about leaving children alone in the car. Contact the police.
Possible child endangerment charges court hearing up to 2 years in jail and or 10,000 fine
Yes. Utah Criminal Code Title 76 Chapter 10 Section 2202 "Leaving a child unattended in a motor vehicle". It is a class C misdemeanor to leave a child younger than 9 years old alone in a car.

Kaitlyn's Law is the law governing the care and safety of children with respect to leaving them in the car. Basically, as long as the car is not running, doors are locked, and the car properly ventilated, providing the child is otherwise safe, a child can be left in a car unattended if age 6 or older. Under the age of 6, the child must be accompanied by a child age 12 or older, when the car is left running.
Why would you think there is a fine? Did you break any laws? Unless you left the car near a fire hydrant or other no parking area then you did not break the law.
There really isn't a law for that. If your abusing the kids or hurting them it's fine. It's just as safe as leaving your kids at home there both locked up.
