That depends on which part of the world you live in. In the developed countries, such as the United States or Canada, it is expected that young people will at least finish high school before having children. Many years ago, young marriages were encouraged, but these days, most parents prefer that their kids attend college or vocational school before beginning a family of their own. Also, in the west, young people have access to Birth Control, and can plan when they want to begin a family. Thus, if you live in the USA or other western countries, the average age when you have your first child is probably going to be in your mid-twenties; some young women even wait till their late twenties or early thirties. There are, of course, exceptions, girls who get pregnant very young (age 13 or 14) and sometimes drop out of school, or girls who live in socioeconomic groups that see motherhood as a girl's only role. But in general, most girls in western culture are encouraged to delay having kids until they are older and finish their education.

But in undeveloped or underdeveloped countries, where there is little education for girls and no access to birth control, they may begin having children as soon as they are old enough to menstruate. In these cultures, only a small number of upper class elites get an education and are able to delay childbearing. For everyone else, the custom is to have large families as soon as possible. Girls barely old enough to be teenagers are often expected to have a baby every year, whether they want to or not. So if you live in one of those countries (like Sudan or Somalia), you might have your first child when you are as young as thirteen.
