this is coming staight out of my 7th grade science textbook: Heterotrophs are animals that get their food from other living things. They eat them, which gives them their energy. All animals are heterotrophs. All plants are Autotrophs. Autotrophs are plants that make their own food. They get their energy not from eating other things like animals, but from the sunlight. That's why plants need sunlight to live, because it's their food. No, not because they will get all crispy and brown if they don't have sunlight. (well, yes, that too)
EVERY living organism gets their food (energy) from sunlight. Plants get it directly (photosynthesis) and animals get it by eating plants or other animals that have eaten plants.
well animals eat from there mouth and the plants eat from the soil and the water.
Animals usually eats plants so as to get vitamins and the essential ions that are in plants.

Plants are a part of what is agriculture is based on and is important to science, environment, food and land. Without the cultivation of plants then it would lead to a lot of economic changes.
Well they provide us with oxygen and they help the soil reproduce. They make their own food and provide us with medicines and stuff like that.
In a ecosystem, plants provide energy that is passed along the food chain, and oxygen through the process of photosynthesis.
Photosynthesis carbon dioxide + water=glucose+oxygen so they pass out oxygen to us
healthy plants and fresh oxygen
They provide Oxygen and food for us.

Flowering plants provide us with fruit and vegetables to eat. They provide food for animals as well. They also remove poisons from the environment. And they inspire all of us with their beauty.

Plants provide Carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins etc as food material to us.

Plants are excellent organisms that go through a process called photosynese. With photosyntese, plants are able to convert CarbondiOxid to Oxygen. this make us able to breath
PLANT IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE WE WERE GET A FOODS IN THE PLANTS.WHEN WE HAVE NO PLANTS WE WRE HAVE NO FOOD THATS WHY PLANTS IS IMPOTANT.....AND ANOTHER REASONS WHY PLANTS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE PLANT IS GIVES US BEAUTIFUL IN OUR NATURE AND IN OUR LANDSCAPE i hope that my answer will help you;;;byeeeeeeeplants are important because they provide us with oxygen, food for both humans and animals, they are also used for there medical purposes also they provide us with paper.

Yes we do need plants. They provide us with food, recycle Co2 and produce oxygen. Those are the main benefits. They also provide water catchment areas and etc.
Plant life is very essential for us because plants are capable of synthesizing organic food for us. These also provide oxygen to breath. Plants fulfil our daily needs of food, fiber and protection.
