You can lose up to three pounds a day but I don't advise it. Once you start eating again you'll gain the weight back because your body was starved. What I did was eat one meal a day drank only water snacked on ice(the crunching Burns calories) and chewed gum almost all day. Gum stops the hunger cravings and snacking on ice tricks your body into thinking your eating. I went from 125 to 110 in a week and a half without any exercises. If you do 15 min of cardio everyother day you'll lose more faster.
Anorexics lose weight very quickly. This is because they excersise compulsivley and barley eat. A anorexic would lose about 1st in about 1 month, whereas a normal healthier person it would take about 3 months
it depends on the person if your already skinny but you think your not you probably will loose less weight than an already fat person. Also this isn't something to play around with you could die or hurt yourself in many different ways. it's as bad as cutting or jumping in front of a car. Don't gamble with your life
its very slow, your body will grasp on to what it can to survive, because your killing it without eating. your metabolism will slow dramatically.
*if its a weight issue your concerned with, might i suggest fasting. Dont eat anything for an entire day except maybe a couple crackers and just drink water, it will shrink your stomach, making it so you will not be as hungry. remember just once a month maybe, i used to be very overweight myself, but i found that worked out amazingly for me, also no soda at all and i dropped 20 pounds in 2 weeks* if that's the issue, if not ignore the last thing i said.
You can lose up to three pounds every day if you eat nothing at all.
It Depends If They Binge And Purge, Rather Than Purging Everything, I Purge Everything And Then Don't Eat For A Whole Day. And In Two Weeks I Lost 13 Pounds.
Like 5-10 lbs a week, but then you gain it back double when you start eating again, which is inevitable.
Anorexia is not a "diet" It's a mental disorder.
Fast enough to kill them.
Exercise and gradual diet change which works in to your life - not making huge changes.
Weight loss pills only promote weight loss by providing ingredients(not proven to work) such as herbal remedies. AS for the not eating...not a good idea unless you want to look anorexic
a week
You should NOT take laxatives to lose weight as it is dangerous to your health. You don't lose fat by taking them, but you do lose valuable fluids and essential nutrients.
One year
It may take too long. The body will go into 'starvation mode' where it will hold onto all of the body's fat that it can and the person may die before they see 'anorexic looking' weight loss. The stomach then gets bloated and the person will look very pregnant. The the body will start digesting the muscles, then the intestines, which will kill you if your heart doesn't fail you first. It's not worth it. Lose the weight the way you gained it, gradually.
It depends on the individual and the severity of the disorder. The more calories are restricted and the more exercise is done, the faster a person will lose weight. But anorexia is a very dangerous eating disorder and not a safe or long-term method for weight loss. Proper diet and exercise are better options to stay healthy, and also to keep the weight off and to avoid future health problems that an eating disorder can bring.
