It's a really tough situation to be in and you have two choices. You will have to sit down and talk to him and ask him why he feels this way and that he needs professional help, or you'll have to move on from him as hard as it may be. Living with your husband's jealousy is like walking on egg shells 24/7. It is eventually going to ruin your marriage. In my own opinion only, I would ask why he feels so jealous, then tell him to get help, and if he refuses, then at least get a separation from him and tell him he's got 6 months to get it together or you're filing for divorce.
I suspect you mean "How do you find out if your husband is cheating on you?". There has obviously been a reason for you to be suspicious of your husbands infidelity or you would not have asked the question. If there has been one reason then it will be followed by more. I think that there will be more reasons for your suspicions to be well founded, if you act as if you do not know that he is being unfaithful. He will become less careful in hiding it from you so that tell tale signs will readily show up. There is an old saying "Give a person enough rope and they will hang themselves". I believe that this is what you have to do. Eventually you will have enough evidence to accuse him, and he will not be able to deny his infidelity.
Don't do it, cheating and being unfaithful is wrong as marriage is sacred.
