How should you answer if you are asked to 'Tell the unique thing that makes you different from other applicants'?In: Job Interviews |
[Edit] |
Answer
I would say what you offer, the things you bring to the table. Without getting too personal about yourself. Tell the things you believe you could do. Things you think about you are unique and valueable as an employer. Before the question is asked of you. Think about if you were the employer, what you would look for in that same question.
That will help your perspective.
