Think of customer service. Think of the times you really left a store feeling great. Think of what that person did to make you feel so good. Did a cashier help you quickly? Did a customer service agent take care of your return without a hassle? Did the salesperson go out of his or her way to get you a product you'd been searching for? It's good to know the requirements for the job up front, from the job posting, or whoever told you about the job. Then, when someone asks you why you are ideal for the position, you can tell them how your skill set matches the skill set required for the job. If it requires you to know Microsoft Word for instance, you can tell them how long you have worked with the program, and any certifications you have. If it requires a degree or specific knowledge, you can tell them how all of the things that you have done will help you to do that job. You don't have to say why you are better than someone else... only why you would be a great person in the position. :)
because i have passion for the customer service.i love people
