I think that you should just try to explain to him what the situation is and then ask him what he wants to do that way your not alone through the whole process just tell him yeah it will be hard . im 14 and 6 month's pregnate and i used a condum every time but one time i was on my period and the condum busted First thing you should do is tell your parents or a friend they may be able to help you more than he can. Make sure it was him that got you pregnant. Is there any possibility it was someone else? Tell him when you are both alone, be very calm and just explain to him what happened. If he doesnt understand or gets upset, let him go. He's probably just as scared as you. You also need to be prepared. He may say he hates you and he wants no part in it, or he may be very understanding and want to support you. Dont have high expectations. Once you've told him, it's up to him to make the next move. Good luck You should realize that he will in 85% of the situations bail. Also you should realize that at 14 you never should have had sex in the first place. Also, it is possible because of the age difference that he may be prosecuted should your parents choose to press charges.
