You have to turn it off and then turn it back on. If that doesn't work, then you have to take it to your phone provider and get it fixed. When you turn it off, you have to wait like 20 seconds before turning it back on.

∙ 9y agoFirst, try plugging your iPhone into its charger (wall, not computer) and let it charge for 15 minutes.
Double-click the Home button, press lightly and hold, close all apps that show up.
Shut down your phone. If it won't shut down, pre and hole the "Sleep/Wake" and "Home" buttons until it shuts down.
Restart the phone.
Go to Settings>General>Download>Install
Connect the phone to your computer
Click iPhone>Summary>Back Up Now
Click File>Dvices>transfer purchases from your iPhone
Click Restore.
Wait for iTunes to restore your phone
Swipe "Slide to Set Up" slider from left to right and follow prompts.
Launch iTunes on your computer (phone still connected to computer)
Click option to restore from backup, select latest backup and click Continue
Follow remaining prompts.
