Well, there is no real way to find out, but a test was conducted on that once. Ten couples were to kiss for a minute straight with one of each couple sick with a cold. Only three of those ten not previously infected got sick. This test was to support that the cold virus enters the human body through the nose, not the mouth. So if you're feeling daring, I guess you could try out this theory.
