It depends on the kind of magnet you are referring to.

In terms of natural magnets, Permanent magnets are by far the strongest of naturally occurring magnets.

A very strong permanent magnet would be an Neodymium Iron Boron magnet (NdFeB).

These are extremely powerful magnets, where they are capable of lifting many times their own weight.

However, stronger magnets can be created via the use of electromagnets and super-conduction.

In the lab, the magnetic material can be cooled down close to absolute zero degrees Kelvin to lower electric resistance in the windings - which allows for an extremely large amount of current to pass through. Although we're talking advanced science here as it goes off into the deep end very fast. What you need to know is that you can create the strongest magnetic fields using electromagnets, provided that you have adequate cooling - there is no limit to how powerful the field can be as long as you have the cooling and the power.

That depends on their size, for how much time they were passed into current to be magnetized, method used for magnetization and the humidity of the place where magnetization occurred (the larger the density - the less the strength
