It is not strong, although a good pain reliever. 5 is the percocet (oxycodon) and 325 is Acetaminophen (Tylenol). Oxycodone is one of your stronger pain medications, so take with food to prevent a queasy stomach.

∙ 14y agoIt is not a very strong dosage but mixes oxycodone and acetaminophen (oxycodone & Tylenol) the Tylenol my upset your stomach so things like Prilosec (sp?) can help coat your stomach to help with this. Like I said it is a very low dosage but it is considered a narcotic therefore, unlike hydrocodone (Lordtabs) you can't get refills by law and must see your doctor each time to get a Rx. Roxycet is oxycodone 30 mg without the Tylenol so it can get much stronger without the Tylenol
