How successful was the League of Nations?

Answer:
It wasn't successful and it was successful in different ways; for successful you could mention that they could imply sanctions and for not being successfu you could say they didn't have enough power to prevent war, and then sum it up with a conclusion. I'm doing this essay as well, I'm only 14!
I'm only 12 and I'm also doing this essay. Anyway, the League of Nations tried to promote international peace and cooperation. It was demolished in the year of 1946 because as the previous person said, the league didn't have enough power to prevent a war.
