How suspension system can be checked without removing the suspension unit?

Answer:
There are so many parts in an automotive suspension system. Some of the important parts are lower arm, upper arm, ball joints, tie rod ends, rack ends, stabilizer links, bushes, shock absorbers and springs. If you mean checking the shock absorbers in the suspension, the most easy way is to jounce the front or rear of the car manually and check if it stops going up and down. If it doesn't stop in two travels up and down, then you may probably have a problem. You then have to check for oil leaks from the respective front or rear shock absorbers. Some shocks can also make noise because of hardened rubber bushes. tvsiva72@yahoo.com :) .
