According to the website www.archaeologyexpert.co.uk, "The average height of a Mayan Indian in 600 AD was significantly shorter than people of our generation today. Maya women averaged six inches or 15 cm shorter than women now. Men, on the other hand, were not much different but still a little shorter by two inches or 5 cm."

Mayan temple structures aren't as tall as the Egyptian ones. The two tallest are the La Danta pyramid at the EL Mirador site, and the Temple IV at Tikal, both in Guatemala. The temple IV is 64 m. tall according to some sources, and 70 M. tall according to others, I'm not sure which is the truth. The La Danta is 70m, but it does supposedly incorporate a low hill. It's not easy to say which of them is the tallest, but they are the two tallest in any case. Some of the other "Pyramids" are much smaller, the one at Chichen Itza is only 30 m. tall including the temple on top. It's also one of the few major Mayan pyramids which is actually shaped like a pyramid! Many of the others really aren't all that similar to a pyramid. The main pyramids at the Mayan centres of Altun Ha and Mayapan are only about 16 m. tall, and some are even less than 10 m. tall. So, there's no single height for Mayan pyramids, they vary a great deal.

They were noted to be rather small peoples, no more than 5'5", however, of one was I visit a Mayan city, like Tikal, you may draw another conclusion. Steps to temples were very large, and many large, long stone "beds" have been found in many of the temples.
