perfect height, it is 2 inches over aveage height for males and pretty much 6 feet. both heights are considered above averge, tall is like 6-2 up. above average is perfect high in the middle
Aside from the fact the word "tall" isn't very precise to describe a person, it also depends on their age, but generally as little as 5% above normal could be considered tall.
