THERE IS NO NECESSARY HIGHT! you can be short or tall or in between. coaches are looking for some one who has a great attitude towards the game and fellow team mates and coaches, athletic, isn't lazy, and really wants to be on the team. to train for volley ball there is a LOT of running involved, so you might want to start running quite a bit. hope this is what you were looking for! good luck!
