They don't like them. Sometimes it can lead to something called "false advertising" and the business can actually be sued for it depending on the circumstances. The business should be able to back up what they say in their ads, on their websites, etc. If they don't it is bad for business. The business will likely not grow and prosper well because the customers do not trust them and word gets around that the business it not what it says it is.
