Wrap an ice cube in a washcloth, dampen and hold under eyelids for several seconds repeating back an for. May not take completely away but helps. Also a good undereye cream helps diminish the water retention Use a wet/cold washcloth repeatedly or use Ben-Gay.

This is a question that alot of people ask. the best things to do is rinse your face scince you are crying wash with cold water not to cold. dont rub your eyes pat with a soft tissue hope this helps.

To get the swelling to go down after crying, place a couple of cucumber slices over your eyes. Leave the cucumber on for ten minutes and that should help with the puffiness.
