Best Answer

The correct response to any inequality is affirmative action. While at first this may seem like anti-sexist or reverse sexist, in truth it does more than elevate women and marginalize men. It may seem to deviate from a comfortable meritocracy, but we must enforce the elevation of the female populace so that our social construct will change and we will be more lenient and accepting of females within roles of high power. By promoting women to high positions we give all others reason to aspire and hope, thus changing the social construct and being one of the first steps to correcting gender inequalty.
