∙ 12y agoOld TV's do not have an AV in socket or SCART.
What you need is a UHF Modulator. This accepts the Video and Audio from the DVD player and converts it to a UHF TV signal, which you then pick up on the tuner of the TV.
Depending what country you are in, you can get them from good electroncs stores.
Maplin in the UK, Radio Shack in the USA.
They cost about £30 or $50. Most of them you can select which channel they transmit on.
Just plug the output into the antenna socket on the TV, apply a signal and tune the TV into it.
